How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order — no minimums and no surprise fees at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then typically takes 10–18 business days (about 2–3 weeks). Every order ships with tracking.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating after dispatch.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. For safety and hygiene, some items (food, grooming, and personal-care products) can't be returned once opened. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@pawandcradle.com within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and payments are handled by trusted, PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout.
