Refund policy

Our promise. We want you and your little ones — furry and tiny — to love everything from Paw and Cradle. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns. Return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start, email support@pawandcradle.com with your order number and we'll reply within 1–2 business days with simple instructions.

For safety & hygiene, some items can't be returned once opened or used: food, treats, and supplements; health, grooming, and dental products; diapers, wipes, bottles, pacifiers, and other feeding or personal-care items; and anything marked final sale. This keeps every product that reaches a pet or baby safe and sealed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? That's on us. Email a quick photo to support@pawandcradle.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping needed.

Change-of-mind returns. Because shipping to you was free, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
