As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link — just tap it to see the latest status. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating after dispatch.
Track it in the Shop app. For real-time updates, download the free Shop app by Shopify. Check out with the same email and your Paw and Cradle order appears automatically — no order number needed — with push notifications at every step from dispatch to your doorstep.
Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam folder, then email us at support@pawandcradle.com with your order number and we'll send your tracking details right over.
