Welcome to Paw and Cradle. By accessing or purchasing from our store you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from us.

2. Products, pricing & availability. We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed.

3. Orders & payment. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm and charge payment. We use secure third-party payment processing.

4. Shipping & delivery. Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including safety and hygiene exclusions for food, grooming, and personal-care items.

6. Product safety & intended use. Our products are intended for use by pets and children only under appropriate adult supervision and in line with any age, size, or care guidance shown. Inspect items before use, follow all instructions, and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged. You are responsible for choosing products appropriate for your pet or child.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this site — images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by Paw and Cradle and may not be used without permission.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, infringe our rights, or interfere with its operation or security.

9. Disclaimers. The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paw and Cradle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Paw and Cradle against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
